How much caffeine is there in Soylent Ready-to-Drink products?
Caffeine is found naturally in cocoa beans, so all of our products that include chocolate contain approximately 15 mg of caffeine or less. Soylent Cafe Mocha contains approximately 150mg caffeine. Caffeinated Soylent shakes blend caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, to give you the boost of energy you need without the jitters or the afternoon crash.

I've tried a lot of the meal replacement drinks on the market, most of them are gross. I was bracing myself for the same experience with Soylent, but I'm happy to say that they are all delicious. The strawberry ones were a big hit in particular, but I loved all three flavours. My spouse and I both have severe ADHD, and he has epilepsy as well, so it's very important that we get our nutrients in but we don't always have the time or ability to make food for ourselves. These have become a daily staple for us now.
