• How does a prepaid subscription plan work?

  We currently offer 3-month and 6-month prepaid subscription plans for many Soylent products, including our 14oz Complete Meal and Complete Meal Powder products. Depending on which duration you select, you will receive your set number of cases every month for the duration selected. For example: if you select a 3-month prepaid subscription for 2 cases of Soylent Chocolate, you will receive 2 cases of Soylent Chocolate every month for 3 months. Your subscription will be automatically renewed.

• Can I change my product in the middle of my prepaid subscription?

  If the product you wish to swap to is listed at the same price point as your current prepaid subscription, then yes, we are able to help you make this change. Just email us at info@soylent.ca and we can help!

• Will my prepaid subscription plan renew or expire after the selected time period?

  Your prepaid subscription will automatically renew at the end of the selected time period. An exception here is if you were gifted your subscription and the purchasers only paid for one duration. In this instance, if you would like to continue your subscription, you just need to update your billing information.

• How can I cancel my prepaid subscription?

  You're able to cancel your prepaid subscription in your customer portal; however, this will only cancel future renewals for the selected duration. It will not cancel the remaining orders you have already paid for at the start of your subscription. You are unable to cancel orders during the prepaid subscription duration and will be unable to receive a refund for orders not yet received.

• What is the cost of shipping on prepaid subscription plans?

  If you have a prepaid subscription, you will receive free shipping.

• Am I able to apply promotional codes to prepaid subscriptions?

  Prepaid subscriptions are already heavily discounted so additional promotional codes are not eligible to be applied.
